Tracy Blackburn

Tracy Blackburn, CPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at BrokerLink since May 2015, Tracy leads national HR consulting efforts for one of Canada's largest insurance brokerages, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and employee relations. Prior roles include strategic HR positions at CIBC, Convergys, Staples Advantage, and Aditya Birla Minacs, emphasizing talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
