Matthew Novak, CFP®, MSIRE, is a seasoned professional in the real estate and financial services sectors. Currently a REALTOR® at BrokerNation Real Estate since August 2019, Matthew specializes in 1031 Exchange, Opportunity Zones, DST, and investment strategies for both residential and commercial properties. Previously, Matthew held the position of Managing Director at IAA Insurance Solutions from November 2020 to May 2024, focusing on commercial and business insurance, including property, liability, life and health, and disability coverage. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Independent Asset Advice until May 2024, and as a CFP® and Financial Planning Associate at Morgan Stanley from January 2012 to June 2018, Matthew built a strong foundation in financial planning. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University.
