Dan Keough

Dan Keough serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Holmes Murphy & Associates since 2010, leading strategic planning and implementation while also sitting on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. As President of the Northern Division, Dan contributed to expanding the company's presence across the Eastern and Midwestern United States. In addition, Dan co-founded and serves as Co-CEO of BrokerTech Ventures, driving strategic vision for the organization since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Dan founded Innovative Captive Strategies in 1999, establishing a partnership with Holmes Murphy to deliver innovative risk solutions for businesses. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master's in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
