Outi Broman

Outi Broman currently serves as Head of Retail Media at Broman Group Oy since September 2025, previously holding the position of Regional Manager at Motonet Oy from October 2022 to September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Director at Broman Asia Ltd. and various financial reporting positions at BASF, where responsibilities included managing a team to deliver high-quality reporting for multiple subsidiaries. Additional roles have been held in financial reporting and customer service across several companies, including Visual Meta GmbH, Garantum Fondkomission Ab, and Nordea Rahoitus Suomi Oy. Outi Broman holds a Master of Science degree from Aalto University School of Business and has completed studies through CEMS and Università Bocconi.
