Shane Hunter currently serves as a Partner at Sunstein LLP since August 2022 and as General Counsel at restorVault since December 2017. Shane's prior experience includes co-founding and partnering at Hunter Clark PLLC from March 2011 to July 2022 and holding the position of Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from February 2007 to March 2011. Hunter has a strong background in patent prosecution and litigation support, having worked at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo, P.C., Fish & Richardson P.C., and Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP in various legal roles. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of the Scituate Animal Shelter from April 2020 to October 2023 and as a Board Member at CONNECT from 2009 to 2011, where Hunter provided guidance to emerging technology companies. Hunter holds a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles, an MSEE in Electromagnetics and Semiconductors from UCLA, and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering with a minor in business from Kettering University.
