Joe Rampone

Joe is a manufacturing professional with over 35 years experience in the aerospace and commercial building industries. Joe joined Bromford-Chester in 2019 bringing a wealth of expertise with strengths in practical manufacturing methods, Lean manufacturing principles and employee relations. Joe’s leadership style utilizes trust, open communication and respect to achieve success. Previously held leadership roles in Operations, Engineering, Facilities and Quality Management.

Joe obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Engineering from The University of New Haven.
