Dave Grinter

Dave Grinter has extensive experience in the housing and community sector, currently serving as the Neighbourhood and Community Operations Manager at Bromford since July 2013. Throughout tenure at Bromford, Dave has held various positions including Associate Director - Localities, Locality Manager, Housing Manager, Income and Lettings Team Leader, and Income Officer. Prior to this, Dave worked at ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England) from June 2008 to April 2013, contributing to rural community initiatives.
