Bromford
Matt Batham is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management within the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as Head of Technical at Bromford since July 2019, Matt leads a technical team of 13, overseeing low-rise residential developments. Previous roles at Bromford include Head of Pre-Construction and Pre-Construction Manager, where Matt played a key role in enhancing pre-construction functions. Prior experience includes positions at Barratt Developments, Sir Robert McAlpine, Mouchel, and Telford & Wrekin Council, where Matt gained expertise in various engineering and project management capacities. In addition to a Bachelor of Engineering from Loughborough University, Matt is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University College of Estate Management.
