Neil Griffiths is an experienced professional in fire safety and asset management, currently serving as the Business Lead Fire Safety and previously as an Asset Management Surveyor at Bromford since June 2016, where responsibilities include conducting fire risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior to this role, Neil was the Director and Trainer at BFA Safety Training Ltd for over two decades, co-creating a company that offered comprehensive health and safety training across various sectors. Neil's experience also includes a 30-year tenure at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, where responsibilities ranged from Fire Safety Officer to operational firefighter, alongside roles as Watch Manager and Training Instructor. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Marine Engineering Officer at Palm Line Limited. Neil's educational background includes training at the Fire Service College and Riversdale College in Liverpool from 1978 to 1982.
