Penny Newton has extensive experience in talent and learning management, holding various leadership positions in companies such as Bromford, Northrop Grumman, and UCAS. Prior to their career in talent management, Penny worked as a Learning and Development Adviser and Branch Manager at The West Brom. Penny attended Barr Beacon secondary school from 1998 to 2002.
