Richard Waters

Richard Waters has a varied work experience in the field of product design and development. Richard is currently the Design Director - PDD at Brompton Bicycle since 2022. Previously, they held several roles at Techtronic Industries - TTI, including Vice President Of Product Development from 2016 to 2022, Director of New Product Development from 2017 to 2021, and Head of Advanced Product Development in 2016. Before that, they worked at Vax Ltd as a Design Manager from 2008 to 2016, Senior Design Engineer from 2012 to 2014, and Design Engineer from 2008 to 2012. Richard also has experience as a Designer in freelance projects, at QDOS Design, Ford Motor Company, Reebok, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Richard Waters attended Coventry University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Transport and Product Design.
