Jayne Israel

Jayne Israel is an experienced professional in portfolio and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio & Performance at Bron Afon Community Housing since April 2023. Prior roles include Informatics Programme Manager at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, overseeing a significant digital transformation program, and National Programme Manager for Telehealth at TEC Cymru, where focus was on scaling technology in health and social care. Jayne has also held positions as Senior Informatics Project Manager, Chair of Torfaen EFFECT, Cyber Security Consultant, and roles in project and programme management at Torfaen County Borough Council.
