Mickel L.

Mickel L. has a diverse work experience in security and operations management. Mickel most recently served as the Head of Security & Matchday Operations at Brøndby IF since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Risk and Security at Brøndbyernes IF from November 2018 to December 2021. Mickel has also worked as a Stadium Manager at Liverpool Football Club from September 2017 to November 2018. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Board at ESSMA - European Stadium and Safety Management Association from August 2015 to October 2017. Before their roles in the sports industry, Mickel worked in the Copenhagen West End Police Department, where they served as a Security Coordinator at Sporting Events, Detective/Investigator, and Police Officer.

Mickel L. has a diverse education history. Mickel pursued a Master's degree in Security Risk Management from the University of Leicester from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Mickel attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Crowd Safety Management. In 2005, they attended the Danish Army, School of First Aid Instructors, where they obtained a First Aid Instructor certification. Around the same time, Mickel also attended the Police Academy in Denmark and completed a degree in Criminal Investigation. Additionally, in 2005, they attended the Police Academy of Denmark to become a Firearms and Shooting Instructor. Mickel previously obtained a degree in Law Enforcement from the Police Academy in Denmark, which they pursued from 2000 to 2004. Their education journey commenced with a degree in Business and Economics from the Business School of Albertslund, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
