Paulien Booijink

Paulien Booijink is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Bronkhorst since March 2023. Previously, Paulien held the position of Head of International Legal Affairs at Cooper Consumer Health from November 2021 to September 2022, focusing on M&A, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Prior to that, Paulien was the Head of Legal Affairs at Vemedia Consumer Health from January 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included general counsel duties, M&A, and litigation management. Paulien's legal career began at Clifford Chance as a lawyer specializing in corporate law and M&A from April 2010 to June 2015, following a brief internship at CMS Derks Star Busmann in 2009. Paulien holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Master of Laws in Business Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and has pursued further education at George Mason University.
