Andreas Hamnes

Andreas Hamnes is an experienced professional with a strong background in government IT and innovation. Currently serving as Seniorrådgiver at Brønnøysundregistrene since September 2018 and Programleder for innovation at Altinn since April 2013, Andreas focuses on public-private collaboration to develop user-centric solutions that enhance citizen services and foster business development. Prior experience includes roles as Seniorrådgiver for Innovation and Security at Altinn and Løsningsarkitekt at Brønnøysundregistrene, specializing in IT security, governance, and high-level government IT solutions. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and additional education from Gjøvik University College.
