Erin Smith has a diverse work experience in communications and public relations. Erin began their career as a Public Relations Intern at FCB Worldwide and Senator Spencer Abraham's Re-election Campaign. Erin then worked as a Communications Coordinator at the Kalamazoo Nature Center, where they developed media and marketing plans and created press releases. Erin then went on to work as a Public Relations Specialist at Independent Bank Corporation, where they garnered media coverage and developed promotional strategies. Erin also worked as a Public Relations Specialist at Bronson Healthcare Group, where they developed internal communications programs and provided counsel to internal clients. Erin later joined Spectrum Health as a Communications Coordinator, where they coordinated communications plans and produced materials. Erin also worked at Beachbody as a Health and Fitness Coach, helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through online support and accountability groups. Erin Smith earned a high school diploma from FHN in 1997. Erin then attended Grand Valley State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations with an emphasis in Public Relations along with a degree in Political Science. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Communication degree from Grand Valley State University.
