Karol C.

Karol C. has extensive work experience in strategic planning and business development. Karol began their career in 1994 at Beaumont Health System, where they held various roles and gained valuable experience in analyzing complex information and supporting the strategic planning process. Karol played a significant role in updating strategic plans, compiling information, and working closely with stakeholders to define objectives. Karol also contributed to maintaining the financial standing of the organization by assisting with the development and preparation of bond rating agency presentations. In 2008, they helped form Beaumont's first Project Management Office (PMO) and was involved in portfolio management and day-to-day operations. In 2012, Karol joined Bronson Healthcare as System Director of Strategic Planning and later became the System Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development. In this role, they led the organization's strategic planning process and facilitated the development and deployment of the organization's Plan for Excellence (PFE) and annual strategic plan. Karol also conducted focus groups with key stakeholders to gather input for the new PFE. Karol's strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and extensive experience make their a valuable asset in strategic planning and business development.

Karol C. completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Walsh College from 2004 to 2006. Later on, from 2006 to 2008, Karol pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the same institution.
