Katie Mann

Katie Mann, MS, BSN, RN, CPHQ, currently serves as the Director of Practice Operations for Neurosciences & Sleep Health at Bronson Healthcare, a position held since January 2021. Previously, Katie held the role of Director of Physician Practice at the Michigan Brain and Spine Institute under IHA from December 2019 to November 2020, where oversight included a significant budget. Prior experience includes directing the ambulatory division of Neurosurgery at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, managing operations for multiple clinics and a team of neurosurgeons and support staff. Katie's career also encompasses roles such as Neurosciences Program Manager at Trinity Health, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning and service line growth, and Quality Improvement Specialist at Spectrum Health, focusing on care coordination for chronic neurological diseases. Katie began in healthcare as a House Supervisor at Eaton Rapids Medical Center and has a solid educational background with a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University.
