Kimberly K. Hatchel

Kimberly K. Hatchel, DNP, MHA, MSN, RN, CENP, is the senior vice president and chief operating officer for Bronson Methodist Hospital. Hatchel brings a wide range of experience to the COO role having served in healthcare clinical and administrative leadership for over 20 years.

Hatchel’s most recent role was chief nursing officer for Hospital Corporation of America – Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, FL. Other career highlights include senior vice president/CNO roles with CHI Saint Joseph Health in Lexington, KY; Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital, Las Vegas, NV; and Medical Center of McKinney, McKinney, TX. A lifelong learner and educator, she also serves on the teaching faculty of University of Texas Arlington - College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Arlington, TX, and Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, Nashville, TN.

She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN; a Masters of Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ; and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN.
