Michael Halifax

Michael Halifax has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Michael started their career at Western Michigan University as a Helpdesk Technician from August 2001 to March 2003. Michael then joined Bronson Methodist Hospital as an IT Technician - Customer Service from June 2003 to July 2008, where they provided front line customer support and played a role in achieving HDI certification. Michael then transitioned to Bronson Healthcare, where they held several roles including Senior Technician from July 2008 to August 2009, Systems Engineer II from August 2009 to April 2018, Systems Engineer III from April 2018 to December 2022, and currently they are serving as a Systems Engineer Team Lead from December 2022. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in managing large IT projects and supporting a large user and workstation base.

Michael Halifax attended Ubly Community Schools from 1995 to 1999. Then, they went on to study at Western Michigan University from 1999 to 2003, earning a BBA degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
