Sean Courtney

Sean Courtney has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and information technology industries. From 2008, they worked at Bronson Healthcare in various roles including Epic Interface Analyst - Team Lead, Epic Client Systems Analyst II (ECSA) + Data Courier Administrator, Epic Home Health Analyst, Epic Interface Analyst, and IT Customer Service Analyst. Sean was responsible for supporting Epic's EMR system, managing Windows servers, and providing customer service. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they worked at Vermont Information Processing as a Project Manager / Software Implementation Specialist.

Sean Courtney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Computer Science from Adrian College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Certified Cloverleaf Analyst from Infor in 2020, Epic Client Systems Administrator certifications from Epic in various areas between 2011 and 2013, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification from Microsoft in 2013, EpicCare Home Health certification from Epic in 2012, and Comptia Network+ certification from CompTIA in 2008.
