Susan Watts

Susan Watts is responsible for corporate communications, brand strategy, marketing, public relations and community outreach for the Bronson Healthcare system.

Watts has over 30 years of experience in all facets of marketing and communication and has been with Bronson since 1993. She is a member of the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), and represents Bronson in various community leadership roles including board positions with the Kalamazoo Downtown Partnership and United Way of Southwest Michigan.

Prior to joining Bronson, her career experience included management roles in franchise marketing and in television and radio broadcasting. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin.
