Taylor Schott

Taylor Schott is a Bronco Force Consultant at Sigma Machine since April 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of nine students to apply six sigma/lean principles for company improvement. Achievements include using the DMAIC process to enhance machine layouts for over 50% efficiency, developing a Kanban system for material distribution, and implementing 5S principles for an organized tool area. Prior experience includes a Supply Chain Management Internship focused on ERP system implementation at Sigma Machine, food service roles at Bronson Healthcare, and managerial positions in food service and retail. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Integrated Supply Management from Western Michigan University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Kellogg Community College.
