Hannu Sivula

Hannu Sivula currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Bronto Skylift since February 2024. Sivula has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Siivousliike UusPalvelu Oy since April 2017 and held roles at the Geological Survey of Finland as Development Director and Director of Human Resources & Talent Management from September 2020 to February 2024. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Suominen Corporation (February 2012 - July 2019), Vice President of Human Resources for Europe at Dynea Oy (September 2010 - February 2012), and HR Director for Wärtsilä Corporation's Ship Power division (September 2006 - September 2010). Earlier roles were with Cargotec Corporation and Hiab Group, where Sivula was Vice President of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Helsinki and a degree in Communications from the same university.
