Tyrese Abrams

Tyrese Abrams has a strong background in sports and athletics, with experience as a Head Basketball Coach at Theory 9. In this role, they developed training programs, mentored youth, and promoted good sportsmanship among athletes and coaching staff. Prior to this, Tyrese served as the Athletic Director and Physical Education & Health Teacher at Bronx Charter School for the Arts, where they managed intermural programs and recruited coaches. Tyrese also held the position of Dean of Students and Athletic Director at Icahn Charter School.

Tyrese Abrams attended Alfred E Smith High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a diploma in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. From 2019 to 2023, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Empire State University.
