James Franzo

James Franzo is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Director of Security at BronxCare Health System since January 2021. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Security Operations at Quality Protection Services from June 2020 to January 2021. James possesses extensive law enforcement experience, having worked for the New York City Police Department for nearly 29 years, where roles included Executive Officer and Detective in the Bronx.
