Nancylyn Hogarty is a seasoned strategist with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals and organizations toward clarity and impactful solutions. Nancylyn has held key leadership positions at notable companies, including VP Strategy at IN Marketing and SVP Strategy at The Marketing Arm, where Nancylyn focused on developing shopper marketing and consumer engagement programs. Currently, Nancylyn serves on the Board of Directors for BronxWorks and as the Strategic Board Chair for First Gen Success, leveraging her expertise in organizational development and strategic planning to support impactful missions. Nancylyn continues to cultivate her knowledge and skills through ongoing education at Loyola University of Chicago, where Nancylyn studies Marketing, Finance, and Economics.
