Lynn M. Fair, SPHR, CCP has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of human resources.

In their most recent role as Senior VP of Human Resources at Brook + Whittle, they were recruited by a private equity company in 2018 to transform and grow the organization. Lynn successfully led the company through a sale to a new private equity team in December 2021. Prior to their role at Brook + Whittle, Lynn worked at Henkel from 1997 to 2018, holding various positions. Additionally, Lynn served as the Head of HR Shared Service Center in Mexico City, where they successfully established and managed a new HR SSC to serve both Latin America and North America.
