Jacob Jolin, CPhT

Jacob Jolin, CPhT has been working in the pharmacy industry since 2014. Jacob began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy in 2014, before moving to UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2015. In 2018, Jacob began working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital and a Care Manager at AllCare Plus Pharmacy. Most recently, Jacob has taken on the role of Professional Services Specialist at Omnicell and Clinic Success Manager at Brook Health, both in 2022.
