Shawn P. has a strong background in various fields, including law enforcement, military, healthcare, and personal training. With extensive experience in management and leadership roles, Shawn currently serves as a Behavior Specialist at Brook Lane Health Services, while also working as a Certified Personal Trainer. Previously, Shawn held positions such as Retired Commander Support Services at Frederick Police Department and Lieutenant at City of Frederick, MD. Throughout the years, Shawn has demonstrated expertise in fiscal affairs, training, personnel management, information systems, and human resources. Shawn holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University.

Our main campus in Hagerstown, MD is home to one of Maryland's largest private mental health hospitals with 58 beds.
