Ailsa Watson is an experienced professional with a background in arts education and administrative support. Currently serving as an Adult Learning Tutor at Calderdale Council and providing administrative support for NHS England since September 2019, Ailsa has also contributed as an Art Tutor for Purple Patch Arts and an NHS Travel Buddy for BS Social Care. Previous roles include Pastoral Care Lead and Site Manager for NCS The Challenge, where Ailsa managed programs for youth engagement. As a Senior Mentor with National Citizen Service for several years, Ailsa developed skills in supporting young people. Ailsa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Leeds, where involvement as a Student Ambassador enhanced public engagement and leadership capabilities.
