Kim Muteweye has extensive experience in support work, currently serving as a Support Worker at BS Social Care since July 2015, where responsibilities include providing assistance to mental health service users and managing challenging behaviors. Previous experience includes a role at BRC Cardiff from December 2017 to 2020, focusing on tenancy support within an emergency night shelter for homeless individuals facing various social issues. Prior to this, Kim held positions as a Customer Service Agent at Serco Global Services (UK) Limited in 2014 and as a Retail Assistant at Primark Stores Limited in the same year. Kim holds a degree in Clinical Practice in Social Work from the University of Cape Town, earned between 2003 and 2006.
