James Beshears

James BeShears is an accomplished business operations executive with extensive experience in leading retail and product teams across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Brook Valley Management, James is responsible for overseeing budgeting, pricing, and operations for the thrift business. Previously, at Moultrie Mobile, James directed a product team focused on IoT device and software development. As Vice President of Member Experience at Landing, James built field operations to meet revenue targets, while at Shipt, James led multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Earlier roles include managing operational analytics at America's Thrift Stores and an internship at Procter & Gamble. James holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Economics from The University of Alabama.
