Brittany Muirhead

Brittany Muirhead, C.P.M. has extensive experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Brittany has worked for various companies in the manufacturing and retail industries. Muirhead currently holds the position of Senior Director of Procurement at Brookdale, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Mars Petcare for nearly 10 years, holding various procurement management roles. At Mars Petcare, Muirhead was responsible for managing procurement systems and analytics, marketing and sales services, exclusive brands, raw materials, and packaging. Before joining Mars Petcare, Muirhead worked at Bridgestone Americas Holding, LLC, where they held roles in raw material purchasing, product and production planning, and production planning engineering. Throughout their career, Muirhead has consistently delivered cost savings and implemented strategic sourcing strategies.

Brittany Muirhead, C.P.M. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the years 1996 to 2000. Brittany also obtained a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute for Supply Management in 2008.
