Candace Waligora Jones

Candace Waligora Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Candace Waligora began their career in 2009 as a Resident Services Coordinator at Shelby Ridge Rehab Select, where they created assessment tools and completed social histories for residents. In 2011, they joined Golden Living as a Director of Social Services, managing a team and providing counseling and support to residents. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Director of Social Services at Claiborne and Hughes Health Center, planning and implementing therapeutic activities. In 2013, they became a Program Director at FiftyForward, where they successfully planned and executed varied programming for active older adults. In 2016, they joined Brookdale as a Senior Living Advisor and later took on roles such as Quality Assurance Specialist, Supervisor, Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations. Candace Waligora is responsible for managing operations and resolving customer inquiries related to senior living options.

Candace Waligora Jones obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Montevallo, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Candace Waligora also holds a certification as an Art Instructor through the National Center for Creative Aging.
