Gail Dimartino

Gail DiMartino has extensive experience in senior living management, with a career spanning from 1997 to the present. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Area Director at Brookdale Senior Living since April 2010, Gail oversees daily operations for four senior care facilities, focusing on sales, marketing, and occupancy growth. Prior roles include Regional Director of Operations at Assisted Living Concepts, where responsibilities included managing eight facilities and developing operational budgets, and Executive Director positions at Woodbury Mews and Somerset Manor, where successful leadership led to increased occupancy and operational efficiency. Gail's earlier experience also includes roles at Summerville Assisted Living and Chancellor Park at The Windrows, emphasizing a strong foundation in both management and community relations. Gail holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Saint John's University.
