Kayla Heins

Kayla Heins has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kayla began their career at DuPont in 2005 as a Cost Accountant before moving on to become a Senior Financial Business Analyst and then a Financial Lead for the Automotive and Performance Materials global market segments. In 2011, Kayla joined HealthTrust Purchasing Group where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Contract Manager, responsible for developing and managing national agreements. Most recently, they have been with Brookdale since 2013, starting as a Procurement Category Manager and progressing to the roles of Director, Senior Director, and currently, Vice President of Procurement. Kayla has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as financial analysis, procurement, contracting, and management.

Kayla Heins completed their MBA with a concentration in Finance at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Finance from Murray State University between 2001 and 2005.
