Kris Nicholson brings extensive experience in executive leadership within the assisted living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Brookdale since January 2023, Kris has held similar positions at Frontier Management, LLC, and Enlivant. Prior to focusing on assisted living, Kris directed community outreach and marketing for UnitedHealth Group, achieving significant growth in patient base within a short timeframe. Additional experience includes roles in business development consulting and regional sales management, as well as a solid educational background with an MHA from Colorado State University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Kris is also board certified as an Assisted Living Manager.
