Lynda Gaspard-Craan

Lynda Gaspard-Craan, CDP, MHA, CALA, currently serves as Executive Director II at Brookdale since October 2023, where responsibilities include establishing strategic plans and tracking performance metrics. Previously held various executive roles at Marquis Health Consulting Services and Brookdale, focusing on operational excellence and revenue growth. Notable experience includes leading daily operations and financial planning as Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living and holding multiple program coordinator positions within the organization. Lynda began their career in roles emphasizing operations and business development in healthcare settings, including the Women’s Health Clinic of the Oranges and Berkeley Heights Nursing Home. Lynda holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s in Human Services/Psychology from National Louis University.
