Nigel Mears

Nigel Mears, MBA, LNHA, currently serves as the Executive Director at Brookdale since November 2020, following a role as Director of Marketing and Admissions at Oak Hill Manor Nursing Home from September 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Nigel held multiple positions at Comfort Keepers from July 2013 to December 2019, including Co-Owner, General Manager, Community Relations Specialist, and Staffing Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as VITA Site Coordinator at Alternatives Federal Credit Union and Program Director at Lifelong. Nigel began a career in healthcare at Centers for Living and Rehabilitation as a Nutrition Assistant from October 2007 to January 2013. Academically, Nigel earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ithaca College (2013-2014) after completing a BS in Finance and Management with minors in Aging Studies and Economics at the same institution (2009-2013).
