Perri Frates

Perri Frates has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the senior living industry. Perri is currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Brookdale since January 2020. Prior to that, Perri worked as a Regional Sales Specialist at Oakmont Management Group from June 2018 to January 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Sales and Marketing Director at O'Connor Woods. Perri also served as the Director of Sales at Vintage Senior Living from 2012 to 2016 and as the Director of Sales & Marketing at ASL Monarch Living from 2009 to 2012. Before entering the senior living industry, they worked as a Move In Coordinator at Brookdale Senior Living from 2008 to 2009 and as a Property Manager at K'7 from 2000 to 2008.
