Sarah Karl is an experienced Executive Director currently overseeing the daily operations of a 32-bed Memory Care community at Brookdale Middleton Stonefield since September 2014. In addition to this primary role, Sarah has served in an interim capacity overseeing a 19-bed Assisted Living community while previously managing a 20-bed Memory Care facility. With a background that includes roles as a Resident Program Coordinator, where Sarah developed wellness and recreation programs, and an Academic Coach for first-generation college students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Sarah brings diverse expertise to the field. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Gerontology, and Pre-Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
