Dareon Stacker has a diverse work experience in the education field. Dareon started their career in 2013 as a Summer School Teacher at Breakthrough Collaborative, where they developed lesson plans, taught math, and organized activities for students. In 2014, they served as an Americorps Member at Boston Plan for Excellence, providing academic and emotional support to first-grade students. From 2015 to 2021, Stacker worked at Brooke Charter Schools, initially as a Middle School Teacher and later as a Middle School Principal. Dareon excelled in creating differentiated lesson plans and achieved exceptional student growth in math. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Math Teacher Coach at Generation Teach, mentoring and providing feedback to fellows in a professional school setting. Most recently, in 2023, Stacker became the Director of the Associate Teacher Program at Brooke Charter Schools.
Dareon Stacker earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Denison University from 2010 to 2014. Later, from 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Education at Northeastern University.
