Dr. Kathy Kidder-Wilkerson

Dr. Kathy Kidder-Wilkerson has dedicated over three decades to education, serving as Superintendent of Brooke County Schools since July 2006 and currently working as a retired consultant for secondary principals and central office roles. Previously, Dr. Kidder-Wilkerson held positions including Assistant Superintendent with responsibilities in personnel and grievances, Director of Student Services overseeing K-12 curriculum and testing, and Director of Career Tech at Brooke High School. Prior experience includes teaching science at Weirton Madonna High School from 1984 to 1986. Dr. Kidder-Wilkerson holds a BS, MS, and EdD in Biology Education and Leadership Studies from West Liberty University, Marshall University, and West Virginia University, completing studies between 1981 and 2008.
