Frederic Eichelmann

Frederic Eichelmann has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Frederic is currently working as the Vice President - Investment Real Estate at Brookfield Asset Management since September 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Transactions Manager Germany at Mileway from August 2021 to September 2023. Before joining Mileway, Frederic worked as a Fund Manager at AEW from June 2020 to August 2021, focusing on separate account core+ mandates for offices in the UK and Germany. Frederic also has experience in real estate underwriting at Hudson Advisors L.P., where they held the positions of Vice President Underwriting from January 2020 to June 2020, Assistant Vice President Underwriting from January 2017 to June 2020, and Associate Underwriting from July 2016 to December 2016. Frederic started their career as a Consultant in the Valuation Services Team at CBRE from February 2015 to December 2015, and prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Surveyor from November 2012 to January 2015.

Frederic Eichelmann completed a Master of Sciences degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (Real Estate & Construction) from the University of Applied Sciences Biberach in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Frederic Eichelmann has achieved the certification of Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) from EFFAS - The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies in 2019. Frederic is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), obtained in 2015 through RICS.
