Waleed Ismail

Waleed Ismail has extensive experience in technology services and project management, currently serving as Director and PMO Lead at Brookfield Asset Management since December 2015, where responsibility includes leading the transformation of the Global Collaboration stack into a scalable Cloud-based platform. Prior experience includes senior project management roles at IBM Canada Ltd., where Waleed managed multiple data center and security projects, and at RBC, where contributions were made to a large-scale data center migration program. Waleed also held positions at Lafarge as Regional IT Manager, overseeing the planning and management of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, and at Raya as Data Center Manager, where initial groundwork was laid for a data center department. Waleed holds an M.Sc in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University and a B.Sc in Engineering from Alexandria University.
