Tanya Raath (CA) SA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tanya started their career in 2006 as a Commercial Finance Analyst at MTN, a global cellular telco company, where they focused on integrating new foreign investments and establishing key controls within finance teams. In 2009, they worked as a Group Financial Controller at Primedia Group before joining Thebe Investment Management in the same role. In 2010, they became the Finance Solutions Head Technical Lead at EOH, a market leader in the IT sector in South Africa. Tanya held this position until 2016 when they joined Brookfield Asset Management - Asia Pacific as a Financial Controller. Tanya later took on the role of Director - Finance in 2019 and then became the Vice President Finance in the same year. Tanya Raath has demonstrated exceptional financial and leadership skills throughout their career.

Tanya Raath (CA) SA attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and Honours Bachelor in Accounting Sciences, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Tanya also obtained a CA (SA) qualification from Unisa, focusing on Accounting.
