Clare Nichols

Clare Nichols is an experienced Spanish teacher with a strong background in language instruction for middle school students. Currently employed at Brookfield/LaGrange Park School District 95 since August 2012, Clare utilizes Comprehensible Input and immersion language acquisition methods to teach 6th to 8th grade Spanish. Previously, Clare taught 7th and 8th grade Spanish at Brookwood Junior High from August 2011 to July 2012, using the "Así se dice" curriculum. Clare holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Knox College, completed in 2010.
