Cheryl Dennis

Cheryl Dennis is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, entrepreneurship, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Property Management Associate at Brookfield Properties since February 2020, Cheryl also manages several business ventures, including ownership of CPD Gourmet Fudge and Howlin' Husky Hankies, as well as working as an Independent Jewelry Designer for Origami Owl and a Consultant for Tastefully Simple. Cheryl has a long-standing affiliation with GGP, contributing to property management at Christiana Mall since September 1990. Additional roles include a representative for Avon and a past chairperson for the Delaware City Volunteer Fire Company's membership activities. Cheryl's career began with service in the United States Marine Corps from 1983 to 1987, where responsibilities included pertinent military operations.
