John Soininen

John Soininen is a seasoned development executive with extensive experience in renewable energy and real estate, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Brookfield Renewable U.S. since July 2023. Previous roles include Senior Director of Asset Development at Brookfield Renewable, Director of Development at Vesper Energy, and Director of Development at Lendlease, where responsibilities encompassed project management, financial oversight, and complex negotiations. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Development at Eolian Renewable Energy, John played a significant role in developing wind technologies across the U.S. and internationally.
